Company-level scoring configuration that ensures consistent qualification across all inbound surfaces. Scoring weights, thresholds, and tier rules live here β never in the widget layer.
One widget codebase powers both live capture and admin preview, with strict isolation. Immutable version snapshots ensure live widgets reflect intentional changes only.

Every response is scored against configurable BANT criteria. Leads are categorised as Hot (80β100), Warm (60β79), Lukewarm (40β59), or Cold (0β39) automatically.
Hot leads trigger instant alerts via email or SMS. Warm leads enter automated nurture sequences. Cold leads are filtered out politely. Each tier has configurable actions.
We augment captured data with company and role signals where available, using research capabilities developed from our earlier AI agent work.

Michael comes from a background in Investment Banking, Big 4 Auditing, and the International Accounting Standards Board. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and is entitled to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is also a full-stack developer focused on practical AI products, and is completing a part-time MSc in Machine Learning & AI.
Gaethan is a Software Engineer focused on Machine Learning Operations, with experience building AI-driven systems, robust data platforms, and scalable product architecture in production environments.
